Amazon.com & TigerDirect: Failure to communicate?

I defied my life's work promoting the custom industry and bought a Mitsu WD-60735 DLP from Amazon.com on Black Friday. (Who could blame me? Only $979.)

The TV was to come from TigerDirect, with "Free White-Glove Delivery." Woo hoo!

So what if TigerDirect charged me $62 for this great service? They said the special delivery was Amazon's thing. Amazon now says its TigerDirect's thing.

How will it pan out?

Maybe I should've just heeded my own advice: Hire a pro!
