Amazon, part II: Fraudulent advertising?

Turns out, I was duped by Amazon.com. (I hereby exonerate TigerDirect.)

Look at the ad above. Does it look like you get free white-glove delivery with this TV?

That's how it looked to me. In fact, the service does not apply. When I finally got to the bottom of it, I learned from the Amazon "customer service" manager that I bought a TV "on Amazon.com, not from Amazon.com."

I kid you not. Amazon counsel Michelle Wilson got a nice little note from me this morning. The attorney general may be next.

I asked Amazon to refund my $62 shipping and handling, plus a little extra for aggravation.

It's a principle thing.
